We are currently looking for Order Selector's to join our team in our Distribution Center in Holland, MI on 2nd Shift and Weekend Shifts.

These are full time manufacturing position paying $17.40 per hour. 2nd shift receives an additional $1.00/hr shift premium. We are also offering a $1,000.00 sign on bonus!

2nd Shift Traditional

• 2:50pm - 10:50pm
• Monday - Friday (8-10-hour shifts)
• Could be mandated overtime (end of shift and up to 8 hours on Saturdays) for a week of up to 58 hours per business needs

Weekend Shift

• 6:00am - 6:30pm
• Saturday, Sunday, and Monday OR Friday, Saturday, Sunday (12-hour shifts)
• No mandated overtime

As a Order Selector, you will:

Operate a forklift and/or hi-lo, hand truck, ladder, picker or reach forklift, to pick, put away, or sort to manage flow of incoming/outgoing production and/or warehouse material. Utilizing stand up reach pickers to go up with the lift, being harnessed on, to pull orders from various levels, up to 20 feet. Rotate through warehouse in any of these functions. Deliver products to appropriate areas or drop points, ensuring timely delivery. Additional responsibilities include:

• Delivering products to appropriate areas or drop points, ensuring timely delivery.
• Flexing to meet production needs, produce sustained quality and timely results, maintain ongoing positive and collaborative behaviors, and reliably work all scheduled shifts.
• Occasionally be exposed to solvents, glue, fumes, chemicals, dust, dirt, noise, vibration, and fiberglass.

• Ability to obtain and retain a valid hi-lo license.
• 1-year warehouse experience (forklift, inventory management, or in-line support) OR 6 months Haworth material handling experience.
• Ability to lift/move product weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work 2nd or Weekend Shift.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

• Ability to read and understand job aids and other instructional material printed in English
• 6 months stand up reach truck experience
• Ability to pick orders being harnessed, going up to various levels, up to 20 feet high.
• Haworth experience
