Contracts Manager
Responsible for contract operations of the Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health Authority (BABHA) Provider Network. Participates in contract procurement, development, revision, termination, benefit management, communication related to contract negotiations, oversight of provider compliance and communication with service providers. Ensures that contract operations meet all applicable Federal, State and Municipal procurement and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business or human service-related field required, Master's degree preferred. At least three to five years of progressively responsible health care experience in contract administration including procurement, development, negotiation, oversight, and evaluation. Must demonstrate competence related to appropriate information systems applications.
Additional competencies include general business skills, the ability to plan, organize and complete work, the ability to manage complex projects and competing demands, and provide small group leadership. Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, independent and mature judgment, problem solving ability, and the ability to promote a favorable image of BABH to contractors and the public are required.
Salary
$55,930 - $63,356 plus exceptional fringes, including Employer sponsored pension, health insurance and training.
