Job Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
• Ability to up-sell and help customers find the right product
• Previous work experience with computer knowledge in Windows
Web-based application required
• Preference given to prior experience with prescription drug plans,
Medicare or medical terminology
• Prior experience in the healthcare/insurance industry preferred
• Professional appearance, dependability and flexibility required
• Excellent communication, problem solving, listening and
Interpersonal skills required
• Ability to speak and write the English language clearly and audibly
using correct grammar
