- Must be able to get along well with people
- Must have patience, understanding and the ability to be kind and courteous to all
- Must be dependable, reasonable and have a neat and clean appearance
- Ability to read, write, speak clearly and follow verbal and written directions
- Must be able to remain calm in an emergency situation
- Previous experience preferred
- Must have the ability to do general cleaning in both vacant apartments and common areas of the building
