- Must live on site and rotate evening, weekend, and holiday coverage with the Maintenance Person. There will be some occasions when this person will be on call while the maintenance person may be off for vacation, illness, etc...
- Must not have any conviction criminal history which suggests that the applicant might pose a danger to the residents or the property.
- Previous experience preferred
- Must get along well with people
- Must have patience, understanding and the ability to be kind and courteous to all
- Must be able to type
- Must be able to use 10 key calculator
- Computer experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak clearly and follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be dependable, responsible and have a neat and clean appearance.
- Must be able to remain calm in an emergency situation
