Responsibilities
Summary:
The qualified individual will be responsible for becoming Dematics expert in CET development. This person will work directly with other CET developers to understand the platform in which Dematic integrates. With this knowledge they are to solve Dematic issues quickly and be a go to person for integrations with CET.
Principal Responsibilities:
Work on implementing new features on the Configura platform.
Contribute towards test driven development and test automation.
Evaluates technical issues and identifies solutions to these issues
Assist other team members in architecting solutions for new functions
Contributes to teams with writing, reviewing and testing code
Assist in the development, documenting and training users on best practices and processes.
Interface with global team members
Meet regularly with Configura developer to expand knowledge of the platform.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CM Configura Coding OR 3D parametric programming OR 3D game development like Unity 3D
Proficient in a 3D design application.
Sense of ownership and pride in creating impactful software.
Continually improve the quality of UI code
Collaborate with product owners to ensure features/changes meet business requirements and fulfill the agreed strategy
Work closely with other developers to gain understanding of new features, dependencies, and technical details.
Experience developing front-end software
Familiar with encapsulating UI code
Experience creating highly scalable systems and frameworks
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solving; self-starter; detail oriented; excellent time-management/schedule skills; ability to meet deadlines; desire to learn
Work hours are typically 40 hours a week, but must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
