CMM Progrmmer/Quality Inspector
Job Description
Final and in process inspection of tooling, components, and prototype parts using CMM and various gauges as required
Ability to program and operate Zeiss CMM using Calypso software
Ability to read blue prints and understand product specifications and requirements
Ability to perform measurements of precision components to ensure specifications are met
Ability to perform general shop math
Ability to measure close tolerances
Completion of customer inspection reports per instructions and requirements
Performs preventive maintenance tasks as required
Required Skills and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Five (5) + years of experience working in a precision manufacturing environment operating measuring equipment
Experience with Zeiss CMM and Calypso software
Experience with Microsoft office products
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift
