Customer Service Representative
Down, Inc., a leading producer of natural-filled bedding products, seeks experienced individual for our Customer Service Department. This position is located in Grand Rapids, MI.
Duties involve receiving incoming phone calls, order processing, providing product information and suggestive selling. The successful incumbent will also require the ability to handle a high volume of emails, and reply with proper etiquette when doing so. This person will be required to maintain EDI portals for receiving and acknowledging orders, and ticket request.
Successful candidates must be detail oriented, self-motivated, have a pleasant and professional phone manner and work well with people inside and outside the company.
