About this Opportunity
As a Sales Operations Manager - Healthcare, you'll manage a regional sales office and provide advanced, diverse, and confidential administrative/project support for Sales leadership and Sales teams.
What You'll Do
You'll have opportunities to speak up, solve problems, lead others, and be an owner every day as you... * Act as the central resource hub for team(s), directing and facilitating connections of appropriate stakeholders with solutions and resources. * Conduct market research and develop client/competitor information for internal sales and dealers. * Act as the Salesforce resource and forecasting lead, promote adoption, and provide reporting to highlight data integrity by creating sales reports and providing analysis. * Provide contract knowledge and support to the Field Sales team. * Serve as a resource for market planning. * Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives within your assigned region/area. * Collaborate with Sales Readiness to onboard and train Field Sales employees. * Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, trainings, and events, including coordinating and attending the regional/area sales meeting. * Provide marketing support by developing and producing marketing and advertising tools for use by Sales employees. You will write and edit client materials (proposals, letters, brochures, posters, invitations, thank-you notes, holiday cards, etc.). * Provide technology support to your assigned region/area as needed. * Submit internal orders and samples processing. * Provide OPEX/budget analysis, management, planning, and execution and collaborate with procurement and invoice management. * Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

You might be just who we're looking for if you have... * An Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent level of experience. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. * Three years of experience in a sales support role. * Project management/planning experience with a proven ability to develop financial acumen. * Intermediate level experience with a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to collaborate. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * A professional and assertive work posture while conducting responsibilities. * The ability to work independent of immediate supervision as a self-starter with the self-confidence and ability to represent Herman Miller in a professional manner. * The ability to work as a team player with a service-oriented/proactive work style. * The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment by demonstrating excellent time management skills. * The ability to work well under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility to shift priorities quickly. * The ability to effectively interact with and work at various levels of the organization (e.g., employees, visitors, and vendors) and to develop solid working relationships with regional sales leadership and teams. * A results-oriented workstyle (i.e., holding yourself accountable for results) while exhibiting a desire to achieve high levels of performance, integrity, business ethics, and confidentiality. * The ability to use the office automation, communication, software, and tools in the Herman Miller office environment. * Availability to work during non-traditional hours in addition to required/normal office hours as designated for the local sales office and the willingness to travel occasionally. * The ability to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations.
