Job Description:
Senior Scheduler to provide scheduling support to the Florida Area Office, and associated Resident Office to include, but not limited to, Cape/Patrick AFB Resident Office, MacDill AFB Resident Office, and Homestead ARB, Homestead Resident Office.Â
Requirements:
•   Experienced in vertical and horizontal construction, including heath care facilities.Â
•   Graduate of a 4-year educational institution,Â
•   Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in their field of expertise, including Primavera scheduling software and USACE scheduling requirements; or have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in their field of expertise, including Primavera scheduling software and USACE scheduling requirements
•   Possess a Planning and Schedule Professional (PSP) certification by AACE International, or equivalent professional certification.Â
•   Shall also be familiar with standard Earned Value Management principles for large/complex projects in accordance with DoD ANSI/EIA-748.
Additional Requirements:
•   Ability to travel is desired.
•   Organization, written communication, and oral communication skills.
•   Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.Â
•   Must be able to work constructively in diverse teams including engineers, technicians, and construction personnel.
•   CTI is a Drug-Free Workplace - Must pass pre-hire drug screen.
•   Must possess valid driver's license.
•   Must be able to physically navigate construction sites.
•   Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
