The Dealer Digital / Strategy Transformation Lead will work closely with numerous FCA Business & ICT Organizations, FCA Dealers, and FCA Field Network to define the overall FCA Dealer Technology Strategy with a focus on Digital Transformation to drive and improve Customer Centric capabilities. This position will be required to access the right technology to address business priorities and ensure technology investments align to specific customer centric actions. Additionally, this position will be required to continually adjust overall Dealer Strategy to address new technologies and ensure alignment to future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an overall FCA Dealer Technology and Digital Transformation Strategy that drives new solutions and improves Dealer Operations, Customer Experience, Dealer Training, and Customer Centric technology capabilities.
- Manage the overall Dealer Data Integration implementation that supports multiple FCA initiatives
- Work and drive technology decisions across functional business and ICT work groups
- Work in Agile environment with sprint-based work cycles
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working on customer centric capabilities
- 3+ years of experience in development and implementation of strategy initiatives
- The desire to work on developing and implementing digital transformation programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- OEM Dealer operations knowledge with emphasis on customer engagement, purchase and service execution
- Proven capabilities in developing and implementing large scale Strategies
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong knowledge of understanding business needs and translating into technical solutions
- Ability to directly lead a cross-functional teams towards a common solution
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
