Assistant Project Manager (Manufacturing)

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project tasks and overall project tracking and reporting.
• Create and maintain project status reports.
• Collaborate with project team members to gather and share project related information to all stakeholders.
• Create and monitor engineering budgets, costs, and schedules.
• Manage single or multiple discipline projects with oversight from a Project or Account Manager.
• Assist with the development of schedules and budgets for proposals and projects.
• Attend client meetings and travel to project sites as needed to assist project teams with the develop estimates and manage the cost of multiple projects.

Bachelor’s Degree / ENTRY / 0-2

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Engineer, or 3 years of related project management / project engineer experience in the construction industry.
• CAPM certification or other PM knowledge is preferred.
• Demonstrated self-start committed to the delivery of quality products and building long term profitable relationships internally and externally
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Primavera Software.
• Must be able to work well in groups and across multiple offices.
