- Possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Nursing, Business, Research/Evaluation/Measurement, or a closely related field, AND have a minimum of one (1) year of combined experience in a related field between internship(s) and paid employment.
- Full-time work experience in the health and human services fields preferred.
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
- Individuals in Recovery and individuals with experience in Armed Services valued.
