Technical Service Representative- Newaygo, MI - 1800032198
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Technical Service Representative , you will support painting operations used at an Automotive Tier I supplier Magna-Mirrors customer in Newaygo, Michigan . You will work directly with a team at improving the performance of PPG products and the Customer's paint application and quality output! Do you enjoy coordinating systems and processes and initiating problem solving resolutions directly at the customer location? This role optimally connects with all levels, in both the PPG and customer organizations!
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the customer at various levels to ensure quality is meeting customer requirements and expectations and make paint material adjustments as needed.
* With your understanding of color evaluation and color adjustments, you independently work to be able to trouble-shoot and make decisions.
* Strong digital literacy, analytical abilities, and attention to detail are required to complete reports and manage data.
