About Us
Our organization started in 1951 when the principal employer of Plymouth, Daisy Air Rifle Company, formed the Daisy Employees Federal Credit Union. We have grown to locations in Plymouth, Canton, Novi, Northville, Livonia, Westland, Wixom, Gaylord, Atlanta, Hillman, and Lewiston, Michigan.
Compensation starts at $64,000 per year.
A Day in the Life:
The Product Manager/Cards is responsible for managing the credit union’s card program, including products, related programs, and services, to meet strategic goals and initiatives. These goals include member satisfaction, quality growth, and maximizing net revenue within these programs.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of the annual card program marketing plan.
- Utilize analytics to segment and target members via lifestyle and other segmentation strategies to maximize card acquisition and usage across all portfolios.
- Manage production processes for all card marketing campaigns; including design, print, & deployment.
- Ensure campaigns and tactics meet program deadlines, and support developed strategies and annual KPIs.
- Develop strategies for marketing, promotion and incentives of credit card products and related programs and is accountable for results.
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis for annual campaigns. Track, analyze and report results; including recommendations for improvement, if needed.
- Lead the Card Services Committee, a cross departmental team that monitors the success of the card programs and reviews industry information and analytics to help build a strong card program.
- Attend quarterly meetings with vendors to evaluate card performance and growth opportunities.
- Attend quarterly meetings with Executive Team to review KPI analytics.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to recommend new program or product opportunities.
- Monitor, measure and report results of campaigns and promotions. Adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as credit union guidelines for the products and services offered by the credit union. Collaborate with compliance experts to determine the needed changes, and lead necessary implementation efforts to meet requirements.
- Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in product marketing.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in card program marketing.
- Proven experience demonstrating strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

Working Conditions:
This position works in-office and remotely. Work requires an appropriate work environment in the home. In-office working conditions are normal. Lighting, temperature, audio, and work space are all sufficient. Work requires the ability to constantly operate a computer and the ability to read, type, and communicate.
