Appeals and Compliance Coordinator

We are the community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We are seeking an Appeals and Compliance Coordinator to administer compliance processes and provide administrative support to the Quality, Data Analysis, and Compliance (QDAC) Team functions. Exercise independent judgment to provide efficient assistance to the QDAC appeals and compliance processes.
This is 40 hours a week position, Monday to Friday. A flexible hybrid working arrangement is available for this position. The employee may perform work from a home office or work site during regular business hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, law, or human services related field.
- Two years of administrative work experience.
- Experience working with quality/compliance processes and I/DD, SUD or MI services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use.
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
