Requirements:
* Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business or other related field required.
* Minimum 1-2 year(s) of experience in the HR Information Systems/HRIS field or related area required.
* Interface experience (Outbound, Inbound, PO/PI, SFTP/FTP) including troubleshooting preferred. (i.e. requirements definition, understanding of downstream impacts, etc.)
* HRIS/HCM/HRM reporting experience required. SAP HCM Infoset Query, Payroll Reconciliation, Wage Type reporter or Query Manager preferred.
* HRIS/HR Systems administration experience preferred in one or more of the following: SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos and/or ADP
* Experience troubleshooting HRIS system issues preferred.
* Experience supporting Payroll preferred.
* Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs and pivot tables)
* Strong customer service orientation and effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
