Description:
Application support of Microfocus ITSM technologies, uCMDB and Asset Manager. Support includes technical assistance to ensure tools are working, integration of tools with other dependent systems, and software development to support ongoing customer requirements.
Skills Required:
- Configuration Management and IT Service Management concepts Atrium CMDB Administration and Development uCMDB and Asset Manager experience
Experience Preferred:
- Data Analytics Rally/Agile Development Apptio experience
Education Required:
- B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
