Through our staffing partner, Nesco Resources, workers are assigned to various manufacturing positions primarily on the 2nd or 3rd shifts. There is an excellent potential for full time hire for those workers that are reliable, excel and show the ability to assume higher positions in production such as machine operations and welding.
Wage Rate: $12.00 to $12.50 as applicable to shift.
Hours: 2nd shift 3 pm – 11 pm, 3rd shirt 11 pm – 7 am
Typical Job Duties:
Perform various robot operator and machine parts operator and assembly helper functions:
Operate, load and unload robot according to work orders. Inspect parts for missed welds
Ensure welds are according to blue prints
Replace consumable parts of robot (gas, wire, etc.)
Install welding fixtures and complete minor set-up adjustments
Deliver finished parts to proper stores location
Assist in the assembly, labeling, packaging, and loading of ladder ladders for shipping
Assist in taking / removing ladders in / out of the oven
Deliver finished parts to proper stores location
Position is responsible for using and maintaining hand tools and equipment
Education and Other Requirements:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Good hand and eye motor coordination
Be familiar with plant machinery, power and hand tools
Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand / sit at static work location for extended periods
Mathematical ability to count accurately
Ability to use measuring tape and other devices
Ability to maintain accurate documentation
Ability to work with others to maintain a positive work environment
Able to understand general work and safety instructions and perform assigned functions in a productive and safe manner
Reliable with excellent attendance record
