Description of Skills & Responsibilities:
- At least 7-10 years of experience in project management with PMP Certification.
- Excellent business client-facing communication skills.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, required tasks and assignment of duties and responsibilities to project personnel.
- Working experience with Clarity & Jira. Update and reconcile project tasks, contractor / full time employee time and financial information in Clarity.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks - overcome challenges and make adjustments as needed
