OnBase Administrators/ECM Architects at US Ecology serve as the technical architects and business analysts for Enterprise Content management initiatives. They work directly with business stakeholders and IT partners to design and implement ECM solutions with a straight through processing mindset that produce desired business results. They are responsible for eliciting, determining, and documenting technical requirements. They also develop functional specifications and implement comprehensive end-to-end document capture, scan, store, and retrieval solutions. DAY IN THE LIFE
Because this position requires flexibility, excellent time management skills and a project-focused approach, you ll find that no two days are exactly the same. However, you can expect that most days will be comprised of: * Checking in with your direct reports (probably 1-2 IT support) to discuss their workload, upcoming projects, tasks at hand, and any issues you can help to resolve * Collaborating with your team on implantation plans * Meeting with other project leads to accomplish established goals * Conducting analyses on business needs * Spearheading the technical architecture of an enterprise document management solution * Leading development efforts for the ECM platform * Creating technical architectures * Researching appropriate technology for solutions * Developing technical content for requests for information and requests for proposal * Leading root cause, troubleshooting, and problem resolution teams to resolve chronic production problems * Acting as a solution architect for various aspects of strategic programs * Contributing to technology enabled workflow, straight through processing, and strategic data initiatives * Other duties as assigned WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY * Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) * Minimum of 5 years of experience working specifically in OnBase * Preferred experience in .NET and DBA * Proven leadership skills (management/supervisory experience is a plus) * Ability to effectively manage and communicate work delivery expectations with internal customers and team members * Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening ABOUT US US Ecology helps our customers keep the environment clean by doing the hard but rewarding work of safely disposing of hazardous and regulated waste.
