<strong> SUMMARY </strong>
This role will report into the Emergent Holdings Product and Innovation Business Lab.
The Content Support Analyst role provides general support for first pass, simple case content analysis such as A/B test results and data trends, provides basic content implementation using tools or templates, provides background review and logistic support for content advancing through workflow between vendor, marketing team, product team, customer and compliance reviews. Responsible for development of written content to support the sales teams and generate online engagement. Collaborates on organic and social strategies to engage multiple audiences across product lines through content marketing. Supports internal and client communications teams. Works collaboratively with parent and enterprise Communications, Business Development and Marketing teams .
<strong> RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: </strong>
<ul> <li> Assist in the creation of thought leadership, collateral, email, and sales materials </li> <li> Develop strategic content that promotes our organizational expertise and contributes to lead generation efforts </li> <li> Create content development plan for products and target audiences that can be leveraged for various channels </li> <li> Collaborate with communications digital strategy, sales and product management teams to develop content and campaign ideas and execution </li> <li> Use audience insights, personas, keyword research, messaging themes, competitive information and analytics to create engaging digital and print content that supports sales team and marketing initiatives </li> <li> Provides support on content logistics for reviews and approvals </li> <li> Provides support for data analysis and tracking of data requests </li> <li> Supports simple case content analysis, data trends, and provides content implementation using tools/templates. </li> <li> Carries out tracking and checklists on content activities </li> <li> Maintains content and template archival </li> <li> Reviews all material for initial screen accuracy, with an awareness of healthcare stewardship, technology, and impact of information </li> <li> Assists with special projects and any other duties or assignments as requested by management. </li> <li> Prioritizes and follows up on information and requests to and from leader(s). Updates leader(s) on current issues, as necessary. </li> <li> Researches, compiles, assimilate, and prepare documents. Briefs leader(s) regarding content. </li> <li> Stays current with, researches, understands and implements needed changes to meet divisional and regulatory requirements tied to assignments. </li> <li> </li> </ul>

<strong> EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS </strong>
<strong> EDUCATION </strong>
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing or related field. Combinations of relevant education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
<strong> EXPERIENCE </strong>
Minimum five years of communications, marketing, or related experience which provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities. Proven professional exposure to one or more of healthcare, innovation, or computer/data science required. Knowledge of health insurance industry and/or managed health care field preferred. Experience writing across multiple channels; technical writing, email marketing, social media, thought leadership or blogs.

<strong> WORKING CONDITIONS </strong>
This position is remote, working from employee's location. Computer and other resources provided. Local travel is required; national travel may be required.
