Description
Licensed Practical Nurses provide direct and indirect professional nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse and/or provider in routine patient care activities. All care provided will follow established standards and practices.
Works as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions. Performs both administrative and clinical duties and must demonstrate acute attention to detail, accuracy, professional etiquette and superior customer service and clinical skills at all times.
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited LPN Program.
Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan)
Certifications - American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
