Seeking plastic injection machine operators looking for long term employment in the Rockford area. Needing skilled candidates to assist in the operation of production manufacturing ensuring the utmost consistency, reliability and quality with regards to machine operations. Hours: 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:20pm or 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:20am Monday-Friday *hours may vary*. Company is willing to invest in the right employee; raises offered upon hire in.
Responsibilities:
*Safe operation of the machines while in operation.
*Willingness to follow OSHA requirements.
*Overall quality of parts while documenting product scrap and machine output.
*Performing multiple tasks for the benefit of the company.
*Accept responsibility for keeping floor, machines and surrounding area clean, neat and organized at all times.
*Prepare parts as required per quality standards, while maintaining production rate consistencies.
*Notify Supervisor, Quality or Trainer if any product does not meet acceptable standards.
*Any other additional job duties assigned.
