Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
This is a seasonal less than 120 days position that works on average less than 20 hours a week. This is a part-time position with 2-10 variable hours per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
This position works at the Muskegon Farmers Market communicating and collecting goods from local farmers.
Essential Functions
Ask vendors for food donations, as well as compost donations
Weigh donations Maintain spreadsheets, listing all items gleaned
Pack food in boxes, label, and store appropriately
Put away all gleaning items in their respected areas
Maintain equipment, making sure it is clean and in good working order
