Seeking an individual to be supportive member of a team that will administer COVID-19 based testing in the community. This team will help register members, guide members through swab collection, and maintain testing procedures.
Patient Service Representative Role:
- Engage and assist community members during the process
- Manage member’s entry of into testing area and maintain social distance of each member
- Responsible for exceptional customer care and welcoming of member’s
- Serve as first point of contact for members entering the facility allowing them a special opportunity to use their personalities to serve the members and the community
- Ensuring the community members feels welcome, cared for, and build inclusivity through mindful communication
- Identify any special assistance needed (i.e. language translation, hearing assistance, etc.)
- Verify identity and collect member information necessary for testing
- Enter member’s information into database using our software on a tablet or computer
- Must adhere to CDC PPE safety that are in place and must wear full PPE
Patient Service Representative Background Profile:
- Must have a high school degree
- Customer experience is preferred
- 1 year of work history is preferred
- Experience with computers, tables and data entry preferred.
