DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities
Your Contributions
* Analysis of machine safety on existing machine concepts and advisory role on safety upgrades. Provide safety consultancy on R&D and project execution business on safety related topics.
* Validate technical solutions presented by R&D and project execution.
* Perform and assist in vehicle (AGV) and system risk assessments according to EN ISO 12100.
* Define and document AGV vehicle specific safety functions.
* Define and document safety specifications for AGV vehicles (safety layout, shutdown matrix,..)
* Execution of performance level calculation assisted by BGIA Sistema software
* Document safety validation scripts (SRS) and aid with safety tests
* Create documentation related to CE and UL certification of AGV vehicles
* Formulate proposals to improve/clarify existing legal norms
* Participate in the AGV and Robotics standards communities
