* Commissioning of Automatic Guided Vehicles and Systems at customer sites
* Training customer personnel on operation and maintenance of vehicles and systems
* Field documentation, including site/vehicle issue logs, daily site reports, etc
* Job site checkout of vehicle and system
* Generating software and map backups and changes
* Troubleshooting vehicles and systems
* In-house technical support and vehicle testing
* Providing support to existing customers
* This position may include any other duties assigned by the Company
