Job Description
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing general administrative support for a PBC location.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner
- Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Provide back-up for payroll administrator
- Repairs of cell phone, handheld computers, printers; send to repairs in a timely manner and track when necessary
- Performing general administrative support to location management team
- Participate and engage employees to partake in community events
- Monitor loss lines (Accounts Receivables, NSF’s, Driver over/shorts) to ensure all outstanding balances are collected
- Act as Safety Champion- administer monthly safety training to employees to ensure location is 100% compliant by Pepsi standards
- Performing general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing etc
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
- Demonstrate strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school or GED
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
