This is a "Hands On" production operation role.
- Must be able to twist, reach, and bend for duration of shift
- Must be able to work in a cold/refrigerated and damp environment.
- Must be able to grip, grasp, or twist using your hands and wrists regularly during shift
- Must be able to work 10+ hour shifts
- Ability to follow all the rules and procedures established by the HACCP program.
- Good listening skills & attention to detail.
- Maintain excellent attendance.
- Ability to perform other tasks assigned by lead person, foreperson or operations manager.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to work SAFELY AT ALL TIMES & MUST wear necessary personal protective equipment required while performing role: protective eye wear, ear plugs, hard hat, hair net, protective coat (clothing protector), forearm protection, plastic & cotton gloves, plastic aprons...
