Full time position to conduct initial evaluations/screenings and assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for children, adolescents and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities served by the Great Lakes Center for Autism Treatment and Research Outpatient Clinic. The position provides initial and on-going training to behavioral staff and caretakers to ensure quality programming and treatment using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based best practices and assists in the preparation and presentation of research data related to program outcomes.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or allied discipline which includes graduate level coursework in basic principles of behavior, applied behavior analysis, and research methodology; Board Certification as Behavior Analyst or eligible for certification; Individuals with relevant experience in residential and/or outpatient treatment programs preferred.
