DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinateparts distribution through the CMS system
Managesthe supply crib stock using the CMS system including replacement inventory
Entersnew supply crib items into the Supply Crib and MP2 system or current SupplyCrib Software
PMcoordination including issuance, scheduling through production, follow-up tocompletion and system entry
Workorder coordination to system procedures
Coordinateasset information both active and obsolete
Computerizedmaintenance system tracking and reporting as needed
Researchesand crosses items from manufacturer to manufacturer (technical disposition) inorder to resource stock crib stock items
Attendmeetings as needed to communicate status
Reportingas assigned
Organizes outside contractors as needed for PMor other service work
Workwith outside vendors to identify and source parts
Supportfor supply crib PPE and parts distribution
Responsible to keep all crib systems operating
Maintains the plant computerized HVAC system
Followall plant safety policies
Keepswork area clean and organized
Coordinatesassistance from supply crib attendants and facilitates in their development
Forkliftcertified
Backupfor the Maintenance Parts Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficientin the use of computers - required
Use ofMicrosoft Word, Excel - required
Proficientat typing - preferred
Use ofMicrosoft Outlook - preferred
Use ofMP2 - preferred
Proficientat using Fork Trucks - required
3 yearsexperience as Maintenance Mechanic - preferred
Educationand/or Experience:
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Technical/VocationalTraining Certificate in Plumbing, Welding, Electrical, Hydraulics &Mechanical preferred
3 yearsexperience as Maintenance Mechanic preferred
