Serves as a way finder for patients coming to the hospital, like a concierge, and providing standard healthy patient/visitor screening according to SH Guidelines. Responsible for positively reflecting the organization with warm and welcoming customer service to all patients, families and visitors, ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. Also assists in cleaning stocking and monitoring the self-masking stations for SH team members.
