Job Summary
The COVID-19 Sampling Center Tester obtains COVID-19 test samples from patients, community individuals and employees. Completes COVID-19 screening procedures. Supports GLBHC sites in providing a team-based approach to care in the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Patient Centered Specialty Practice (PCSP) by performing duties as directed by GLBHC staff. Participates in assigned activities related to Quality Improvement.
Requirements
- Completion of Medical Assistant program required. Must have evidence of training in clinic procedures and duties.
- Certification/registration as a Medical Assistant preferred.
- Medical office experience with training in collection of laboratory specimen required.
