Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
* 10+ years of direct applicable Human Resource Leadership experience in a fast paced, innovative, engineering / technology company
* Demonstrates advance understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.
* Understands and able to align policies and practices with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
* Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources areas including Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Change Management.
* Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders as a trusted adviser and confidant.
* Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
* Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
* Demonstrated advanced customer focus, judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal) required.
* Strong business and financial acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and business analysis skills
* Demonstrated ability and experience working effectively in a self-directed, proactive, results-oriented, complex, fast-paced environment across all levels.
* Demonstrated experience in driving initiatives, holding themselves accountable for results and ensuring continuous improvement.
* Ability to navigate both hands-on tactical projects as well as strategic initiatives.
* Willingness to travel nationally and in the US approx. 20%.
