Join our Rockstar Sales Development Program. It is designed to recruit and develop the future sales executives of JX Enterprises.
 In this program, all Sales Assistants are given exposure to the entire organization through a standard progression of assignments within our Rental, Parts, Service, and Sales Divisions.
Upon completion of the program the Associate will be placed in a Sales Executive position within our business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the mentorship of various Sales Executives, perform a variety of functions designed to enhance your sales skills and ensure your future success
Working with your assigned mentor, identify potential customers, build and maintain relationships with local customer base through customer visits, direct mail, telemarketing, and cold calls.
Make customer calls with service/parts/sales staff to increase JX overall market penetration.Â
Work with sales and leasing staff to coordinate product demos.Â
Coordinate rental contracts, certificates of insurance, and credit approvals related directly to the sale.Â
Identify competitive strength and weaknesses within the market and recommend solutions to improve.Â
Perform additional duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor (preferred) or Associate’s degree in marketing, business or related field.Â
Previous experience in sales or the transportation industry.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and in person.
Comfortable soliciting new business and meeting new people.
Disciplined, with good organizational and time management skills.Â
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
Valid driver’s license required, Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred with the ability and willingness to obtain a CDL.
Dependable and reliable attendance required.
