Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this program, you’ll start learning our business from the ground up. JX will introduce you to our processes and technology through ongoing training and mentoring to help cultivate the skills and expertise you need to succeed in all aspects of our business: sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology. You’ll be given exposure to the entire organization through a standard rotation of short term assignments within our Parts, Service, Sales and Corporate Divisions. These rotations will build a solid foundation for you to grow and succeed in your career.

Minimum Qualifications:
Recent graduate with an Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree.
Mechanically inclined.
Demonstrated leadership experience within a student organization, volunteer projects or athletic team.
Strong customer service skills
Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple demands and meet tight deadlines.
Open to long term advancement that may require relocation within Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana or Michigan.
