Responsibilities * Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management to include but not limited to audio visual services. * Set up, operate, maintain and repair audio visual equipment. * Conference Room Equipment Maintenance - responsible for maintaining all equipment and implementing technology changes per directive of client. Oversee and assist with webcasting. * Sound system engineering. * Assist with coordination of special events. * Frequent interaction with IT, Communications and Executive departments. * Lead and assign audio visual tasks to AV team members. * Technical troubleshooting * General o Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities. o Maintain accuracy of required daily and monthly reports. o Ensure the highest levels of customer care. o Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety and security procedures. Qualifications * One to two years of audio visual work experience is required and must include proficient knowledge of the following: o Audio visual equipment set up and operation for meetings, conventions and presentations. o * Advanced computer knowledge. * Minimum two years of customer service experience is required. * Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written. * Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. * Must be willing and able to work overtime and travel if necessary.
