HMA QC Supervisor
Summary:
Responsible for the daily quality control operations for the assigned HMA Plant(s). Responsible for implementation of contract documents and achievement of quality and safety requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Receive, log, and submit all test reports and inspection reports
* Review contract documents and assist the manager in preparing the construction schedule
* Coordinate and administer weekly safety meetings (Tool Box Talks)
* Monitor daily quality, making adjustments as needed.
* Maintain and update safety logs
* Monitor staffing needs, evaluate performance, and address employee relation issues
* Ability to work long hours, some evenings and weekends
* Duties and tasks may be modified by manager according to company needs
