Location: Pontiac, MI, 1st shift, M-F, 12+ months

Major Job Duties And Responsibilities
· Content and schedule pre-production properties through the creation and publication of the B.A.D. (Build Authorization Document) using the engineering Manufacturing Build Analysis and Scheduling System (EMBASSY) tool.
· Must have the ability to analyze build content data or complex build types.
· Work involves a high level of accuracy, perception and initiative to make decisions and a moderate level of independent judgment.
· Work with various resources to develop fully contented builds
· Responsible for offering all base unit vehicles used to support pre-production builds
· Attend meetings and disseminates information as needed
· Search out and correct inconsistent build information
· Provide technical assistance where required
Required Skills And Abilities
· Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint – Advanced level
· Knowledge with Lotus Notes or other email communication tool – Intermediate level
· Good interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally
· Good written and oral communication skills necessary for meetings and presentations
· Ability to work well with others, exhibiting teamwork skills
· Partners with senior management to analyze and solve issues
· Ability to multitask by handling diverse assignments concurrently
· Thorough knowledge of the EMBASSY web tool
· Ability to analyze build content data or complex build types
· Position related experience – 5-7 years
· Relevant auto industry experience required - Entry level (1 year)
· Past work experience required - Entry level (;1 year)
· Areas of expertise include: Reporting
Required Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses
· High School Diploma or GED
· Bachelors Degree in Technical field or equivalent experience
