Qualification requirements
- Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
- Possess self-motivation skills and have a sense of urgency
- Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
- Achieve 90% on Proos Competency test
- Achieve 75% on Proos Mechanical Aptitude test
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Have basic math skills, i.e. be able to count, subtract, multiply and divide
- Have basic computer skills
- Have basic reading skills with ability to follow work instructions.
- Have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors.
- Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Be able to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis. Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Working knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Able to communicate well with others.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience preferred
