The Operating Model Analyst, reporting directly to the area’s lead, is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, analyzing and supporting the guidelines around the ICT organization operating model, helping to balance the Outsourcing and Insourcing organization components, determining the roles and responsibilities assigned to the Captive Vs Headquarter and supporting all the other aspects of the Operating Model.
The job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinate and support the “Core Team†in the analysis of the applications portfolio and its classification
- Support the guidelines and rationales for the GIC scope definition
- Support the outsourcing’s scope definition and the new sourcing strategy in collaboration with the ‘Core Team’
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the 3 years GIC and outsourcing plan
- In collaboration with the ICT finance team, manage the cost model and scenarios to support the GIC’s business case
- In collaboration with the contract management team, is responsible to support the new Next Gen AMS contract
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and independent in pursuing the objectives assigned but well integrated in the working team. Good project management, communication skills, entrepreneurship, self-motivation, and excellent ability to work with presentation and analytics tools (PowerPoint / Slides, G Sheet / Excel, PentaSAP, etc.) are critical key characteristics of the candidate.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in IT application development
- Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Project leadership and project management experience
- Ability to solve complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal technical and business communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- PMP certification
- Experience with the automotive industry
- Experience in outsourcing transition engagement in supplier or customer perspective
- Experience in G-Suite
- Proficiency in MS Excel
