The Organization Effectiveness Lead is responsible for delivering services and capabilities to enhance organization performance. This position will provide consultation and lead various efforts related to the design, planning and implementation of organizational effectiveness processes, including, workforce strategy, organizational design, and change management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following initiatives:
- Identifies and analyzes organizational effectiveness opportunities and recommends initiatives that address opportunities based upon business strategy.
- Understands our business priorities and challenges to predict future organization needs and anticipate strategic opportunities.
- Collaborates with global and regional HR colleagues, internal and external stakeholders to leverage ideas, experience and best practices.
- Designs and implements proactive communication and change management plans to ensure initiatives are well executed; leads change management activities
- Identifies and outlines processes to support organizational change and connects OD initiatives with learning, development and growth.
- Simplifies and streamlines processes which contribute to positive stakeholder experience
- Coach and develop direct reports
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience
- Prior experience working in organization design or organization effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree
- The ability to lead, influence and work with all levels in the organization
- Experience facilitating focus groups and work sessions to help solve challenging business issues and gain alignment on outcomes
- Experience facilitating challenging focus groups and sessions with leaders at all levels is required
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient relationship and consensus building skills to manage projects in a complex matrixed environment
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Experience with change management methodologies and application
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills and a proven capability to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way to a variety of audiences
