Job Title: Retail Delivery and Strategic Services Internship
The Retail Delivery and Strategic Services Intern will learn about the various functions within Retail Product and Retail Channel Services, which could include customer research, business case development, project management, process analysis, and design for key technology initiatives for the Retail channels which may include branches, e-banking, ATM's at Comerica Bank.
Anticipated Start Date: May 2020

Position Responsibilities
- Lead project activities or workstreams to support technology initiatives
- Provide change management support (including outreach to impacted colleagues)
- Find solutions for process inefficiencies
- Support testing for key technology initiatives
- Produce key performance metrics for deployment tracking
- Assist with development of business cases and ad hoc analysis
- College level of Junior or Senior Status; expected graduation in 2020 or 2021
- Preferred overall GPA of 3.0 or better
- Six months word-processing and spreadsheet experience
- Six month's project coordination/participation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
