NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Document Developer (Oracle DocuMaker) to join our team in Lansing, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US). Job Description: * Design new and revise existing correspondence templates * Templates must adhere to ADA requirements. * Follow established standards for designing templates to ensure quality control. * Assist with resolution of testing findings involving template or data errors and root cause analysis. * Works independently to develop the most complex/critical outputs in multiple document generation and template management toolsets. * Updates database systems and transforms data to be consumed by downstream systems. * Coordinates with business owners, team members, and other pertinent groups to determine project requirements and dependencies. * Presents information and recommendations to internal customers and peers. Qualifications: * 5+ years' experience with DocuMaker v 9.7, 10.2 (preferred), Adobe Acrobat and LifeCycle, ExStream as well as other internally developed provided tools. * 5+ years of programming languages/skillsets include SQL Visual Basic script DAL scripting, SML and FIBR. * Problem-solving skills with a strong track record of developing technical and business solutions * Track record of successfully balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced technical environment. * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and effectively handle changing priorities and deadlines * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve desired results. * Solid interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to explain and communicate technical concepts with users. * Strong customer service skills * Demonstrates a clear sense of urgent when appropriate * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Products Preferred Skills: * Extream version 16.4+ experience * Advanced knowledge of ADA tagging * Advanced knowledge of Sectioned Data and Sectioned Timing * Familiarity with SOAP UI This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
