Our growing department with high clinical and operative volumes is seeking a hardworking, ethical, high performing individual to be a part of our team. The Division Chief is responsible for exhibiting:
Minimum of 3 years leadership experience and clinical expertise in hand, foot and ankle or total joint arthroplasty.

Education - Medical Degree (MD or DO) in Board Certified in area of the Department’s specialty or has equivalent qualifications in compliance with the medical staff credentialing process Education in business, management, quality, and safety science Specifically didactic exposure to the theories, tools and techniques of change management, physician performance management, the measurement and improvement of clinical care processes
Experience - At least 3 years experience in a medical group setting, medical administration, with knowledge of medical business practices, organization dynamics and a desire for greater influence in the building of a multi-specialty group practice
Licenses - Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Michigan\\Upon Hire\
Basic Life Support (BLS)\\\60 Days\
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)\\ACLS required if stress tests performed or as required by specialty\120 Days\
