Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Compensation Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a Compensation Manager, you will:
Develop and drive overarching compensation philosophy by researching evolving compensation practices in the external marketplace. Provide guidance and recommendations to leadership. Evaluate, design and implement broad-based compensation programs for both our hourly and salaried workforce. Develops, implements, and maintains competitive and equitable compensation policies, procedures, practices, and programs for Haworth members. Primarily be focused on all North American locations but supports compensation matters world-wide. Contributes to total rewards programs, supporting Haworth’s organizational strategy to be known as one of Best Places to Work.

Do you have these required qualifications?
* Bachelor’s or Master's degree in human resources, business, finance OR 8 years of Human Resources experience.
* 10 years corporate business experience, including 5 years compensation experience and 3 years supervisory/leadership experience.
* Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, negotiating, problem-solving, analyzing, and organizational skills required.
* Ability to work well both independently and as member of team.
* Ability to analyze situations; identify and troubleshoot problems; recommend solutions, using good judgment and decision-making; and effectively prioritize and organize work.
* Excellent PC and keyboard/mouse skills required; working knowledge of corporate-sponsored software applications, especially spreadsheet and word processing.
* Ability to occasionally travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally.
