The Executive Support Technician (IT Desktop and Remote Support Analyst) is responsible for providing PC client, office automation, mobile device, infrastructure, and process support to FCA end users. This IT Support Analyst will support various levels of users and management in all aspects of IT including: Windows OS, Server OS, Apple OS, mobile phones (iOS, Android, Windows), telepresence, local and wide area network, Microsoft Office, and active directory. This role maintains IT governance and stability by participating in enterprise change control process, IT standards and guidelines within the local IT infrastructure. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, some weekends as well as overtime as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
•Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows client OS, Microsoft Windows server OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint
•Experience with large Ethernet networks including switches, computers, printers, servers, and wireless devices
•Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience with Apple OS, iOS, and Android OS
•Ability to work varying shifts as well as overtime as needed
•Minimum 2 years of work experience demonstrating excellent communications skills and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
•Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory
•Experience with A/V components
•Ability to support end user activities, including follow up, and assisting end users in resolving problems with IT solutions
•Project management experience
•Experienced working in IT support in a large corporate environment
•Demonstrated experience with Cisco Telepresence
•Experience with VoIP administration
•Experience with Air Watch and ActiveSync
•Willing and able to travel internationally
•Experience with events management and support
