Technical Service Representative, Mack Avenue - 1800025290
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
PPG is currently hiring for a Technical Service Representative to support PPG products being used in an Automotive OEM location at the FCA Mack Avenue Assembly Plant . You will be responsible for the effective and efficient performance of PPG products for our customer. You will monitor systems and processes, check/control inventories, initiate problem solving resolutions, and effectively communicate with all levels, in both the PPG and customer, organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Include, but are not limited to:
* Daily activities will include taking inventory, checking builds and color with PPG provided equipment.
* Interfacing with the customer at various levels to ensure work is meeting customer requirements and expectations.
* Some computer work is required to complete reports and enter data.
