Join Us! Tubelite is looking for a skilled Project Management Coordinator (for our Custom Product Lines Department), This position will be located in either our Walker, Michigan (Greater Grand Rapids area) or Mesquite, Texas locations.
Internal Job Title: The Custom Coordinator I
General Description
The Custom Coordinator I is responsible for client and production interface on Custom Entrance orders. This position validates client supplied information, assures hardware compatibility, enters orders into the company ERP system, coordinates information flow for the production of custom entrances, and provides status updates to clients.

Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
•Communicate with clients regarding requests for information, project updates, order status, and delivery
•Generate custom entrance pricing from client supplied information
•Research hardware manufacturer information to certify feasibility, compatibility, and proper application
•Enter orders into the company ERP system
•Validate information on the order to ensure accuracy prior to release
•Provide support to downstream operations
•Coordinate with the purchasing department to obtain vendor supplied hardware and purchase orders for client supplied hardware
•Coordinate with the CNC Programmer to ensure programs are developed and tied to work orders upon entry
•Review and inspect all incoming hardware
•Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects from initial purchase order to delivery
Position Requirements
•Associates Degree in Business Management/Administration, Construction Management, or related field; OR minimum two years' experience in project management and direct client services
•Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and other technical drawings
•Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•Must be able to bend easily at the waist
•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
